Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging in a busy medical center. The role involves conducting imaging exams per physician orders using advanced equipment, while prioritizing patient safety through ALARA principles.

The incumbent will adapt procedures for pediatric and adult patients and collaborate with a team of technologists across radiologic specialties. Requirements include an Oregon Radiographer License or temporary license at hire, ARRT

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Radiographer License or Temporary License at hire.
• ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures based on physician orders using advanced equipment.
• Minimize radiation exposure according to ALARA principles to ensure patient safety.
• Adapt imaging protocols for pediatric and adult patients as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of technologists across radiologic specialties (surgical, fluoroscopic, invasive, portable, outpatient).
