United Surgical Partners International, Inc. (USPI) Phoenix Spine Goodyear ASC is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist to join a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center dedicated to high-quality patient care.

The role involves performing radiographic exams across varied settings, ensuring patient safety, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining stringent quality standards in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
• AART Registered and CPR Current.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations.
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographs in designated areas; ensure proper exposure and radiation safety.
• Explain procedures to patients; position patients for each view; prepare supplies and equipment.
• Monitor equipment and assist physicians with fluoroscopic exams and special radiographic studies.
• Record and label films; communicate with radiologists to ensure quality and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report changes in patient condition.
