Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team, coordinating assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

The RN will participate in performance improvement, maintain licensure, support Shared Governance, and collaborate with providers, families, and care team members. A valid RN license and ACLS/BLS are required; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the United States is required.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Minimum education: ADN/ Diploma/ BSN.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with the patient care team and families to plan and execute care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional competencies.
