Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Freehold, NJ. Work setting includes skilled nursing and long-term care with supervision by a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
