Willow Terrace in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The PTA will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a skilled nursing setting, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Ideal candidates are licensed PTAs with SNF or long-term care exposure; new grads are encouraged to apply. Net Health experience is a plus, and collaboration with nurses and physicians is essential.

Competenze

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Net Health is a plus.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, gait, and independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
