Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and compensation of $35 to $42 per hour.

Must be a licensed PTA in the state of practice with an associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program; you will work under a licensed PT with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
