You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings, delivering therapies and contributing to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the practice state.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist per state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure physician orders are current.
