Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Stafford Township, NJ, within a SNF and long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate evaluation/referral with the PT.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
