Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This full-time position offers competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.

As a PTA, you’ll provide therapy under supervision of a licensed PT, participate in patient selection, coordinate care, and maintain compliant documentation across our network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
