Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in good standing; new grads welcome.
• Ability to screen and evaluate patients with functional disorders.
• Provide rehabilitative interventions and wound care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop care plans aligned with standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with ambulation, exercises, modalities and wound care.
• Provide discharge summaries and counseling to patients and families.
