Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and Long-Term Care team. Provide therapy under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and assist in identifying patients who may benefit from therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in relevant state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT according to state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and followed.
