Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in West Chester, PA. The PTA will work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF/long-term care settings, joining a growing team with strong clinical education and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA in state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and on file.
