Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Moorestown, NJ. Work will be in skilled nursing/long-term care settings under a supervising Physical Therapist.

You will provide therapy, participate in patient selection and referrals, document in accordance with regulations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Requires an APTA-accredited PTA degree and NJ PTA license; strong communication skills are

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
