Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Somerset, NJ. Compensation is $27.00–$36.00 per hour and the role includes comprehensive healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

The ideal candidate will hold an active PTA license in the state and an APTA-accredited degree, with strong communication and organizational skills to support our mission of quality rehabilitation care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and follow state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and complete.
