Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in Carlisle, PA. You will provide PT-assisted treatments under supervision, help identify suitable patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-licensed PTA in the practitioner's state.
• Graduated from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
