Tender Touch Rehab Services in Lake Mary, FL is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. Compensation is $30.00–$38.00 per hour with competitive benefits.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, perform treatments, document outcomes, coordinate with the care team, and support patient progress. Must have an APTA‑accredited PTA program degree and Florida PTA licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and active license.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of licensed PT.
• Assist in selecting suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
