Tender Touch Rehab Services in St. Cloud, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in skilled nursing/long-term care settings.

The PTA provides treatments under a licensed PT, assists with patient selection, and coordinates care with the PT to ensure quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
