Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Michigan? SNF and long-term care settings. The PTA must be licensed in the state and will work under a PT to deliver therapy and support clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• APTA-accredited PTA program and licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and up to date.
