Qualifications
- Must hold a current PTA license in the practicing state.
- AS PTA degree completed from an APTA-accredited program.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
- Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
- Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
