Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Framingham, MA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, support patient evaluation coordination, and help maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
