Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF/long-term care settings. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with competitive hourly pay between $34 and $42 and comprehensive benefits.

As part of Enhance Therapies, you will provide PTA-level treatments under supervision, coordinate care with PTs, document to regulatory standards, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on patient outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from a PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
