Tender Touch Rehab Services in Blackwood, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges $35.00–$42.00 per hour, with strong clinical support and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include providing PTA services under a licensed PT, coordinating with the PT for evaluation and referrals, documenting in compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality patient outcomes in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
