Qualifications

• 1-2 years of physical therapy office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists patients into treatment apparel and sets up equipment.
• Provides information to patients by answering questions and requests.
• Assists with heat packs, paraffin dips, whirlpool, and exercising activities.
• Educates patients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensures operation of equipment by basic maintenance and reporting faults.
• Supports therapists by delivering equipment and preparing treatment areas.
• Contributes to a positive team atmosphere and patient satisfaction.
