B&T Building Services is hiring a Project Technician for Zelienople, PA. The role involves maintaining building cleanliness by performing floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.

The position runs 5 days a week on the 2nd shift, with starting pay between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour and weekly pay. Company van and equipment are provided, and training is included to properly complete all duties listed.

Competenze

• Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions.
• Experience operating floor care equipment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Operates all floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor).
• Keeps work areas/equipment inspection-ready.
• Follows cleaning schedules as outlined below.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Zelienople, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20.00 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.

Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply
