Wilbert’s is seeking an Operator (I) in Barberton, OH to safely and efficiently operate equipment, inspect and report concerns, and assist with vehicle dismantling as needed. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50–100 pounds, and using a tablet and internal systems.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a shift Mon-Fri, with a salary range of $19.00–$23.00 per hour, and benefits including 401(k) matching, health and vision insurance, and paid time off.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification; training available.

Mansioni

• Operate machinery to move inventory safely and prevent damage.
• Perform inspections and basic maintenance for safe operation.
• Assist with dismantling vehicles and loading inventory into facilities.
