Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desirable but not required.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing desirable but not required.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures for the role.
• Always wear PPE and follow PPE guidelines.
• Do not operate equipment until trained to do so.
• Follow daily production plan and batch schedule.
• Use heavy manual tools, including a jack hammer, as trained.
• Report equipment issues to maintenance promptly.
• Assist with building molds for box department needs.
• Assist with concrete finishing tasks when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
