Job summary

Harris Teeter in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Produce (and possibly Floral) department supervisor to direct daily operations of the department and supervise up to 20 associates. You will oversee training, performance, and adherence to store policies while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety and quality. You will report to store management and collaborate with other departments to meet goals.

Manage and supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department. May also be assigned responsibility for the Floral Department. Is responsible the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter’s policies and applicable laws.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
