Urbana Country Club is seeking dedicated housekeeping professionals to maintain a pristine, welcoming environment for members and guests. The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and a professional appearance while supporting high standards of service.

Schedule runs Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with duties including cleaning, linen management, and coordinating with a collaborative, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• Possess a professional and hospitable attitude with service as top priority.
• Ability to maintain social and cultural etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and have flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a pristine environment daily.
• Ability to meet high-level expectations and standards.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Washing windows.
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry.
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when more is needed to be ordered.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Keen health & safety awareness.
