You will assist with personal care, meal planning, mobility support, light housekeeping, and companionship, following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management abilities to juggle duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes on schedule.
• Able to perform housekeeping and cooking duties per dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background check).
• Bring compassion and desire to brighten clients' day.

Responsibilities

As a Visiting Angels Full Time Private Duty Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

• Helping clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting clients with light physical exercise or walks
• Planning and preparing meals with clients
• Handling light housekeeping duties

Full Time Private Duty Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table

License:
