Qualifications

• Currently licensed or able to obtain a license in Virginia.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of EPIC (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform routine physical exams, preventive health screenings, and wellness checks.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide health education to patients.
• Collaborate with specialists and coordinate patient care when needed.
• Light phone call coverage required for urgent issues or follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EMR system.
