Job summary

The provider will evaluate, manage, and treat patients under the Attending Physician, focusing on quality care and efficient patient flow.

The position offers a base salary with potential performance-based bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on team-based integrated care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 2+ years experience in internal medicine/primary care.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patients under physician supervision.
• Establish treatment protocols and coordinate care with the Attending Physician and care teams.
• Provide evaluation and management to ensure patient care quality and continuity.
