Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience teaching child development programs in a church or pre-school, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-school services for children including personal care, hygiene, learning and development activities and specialized programs; plans, develops, and teaches pre-school classes; prepares and maintains records; maintains cleanliness and orderliness of childcare property.
• Provides constant care for the needs of the children in a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Develops and implements age-appropriate lesson plans and activities; utilizes teacher-made materials.
• Monitors and supervises children during indoor and outdoor activities.
