Flik Hospitality Group in Yonkers, NY is hiring a full-time Prep Cook to support daily food production and service. The role requires following recipes, maintaining quality, and ensuring food safety standards while serving customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous food prep experience preferred.
• Knife skills and cooking ability required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and reports as needed.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Serves customers efficiently and politely at multiple stations.
