Morrison Living is seeking a full-time Prep Cook at Bristol Village in Waverly, OH. You will assist the culinary team by preparing items according to recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of back of house experience required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food.
