Job summary

Eurest at Microsoft in Mountain View, CA is hiring a full-time Prep Cook to support daily food production and customer service. The role requires prep cook experience; ongoing training is provided to new hires. Fast-paced environment with emphasis on food safety and quality.

Hours are 6:00 am–2:30 pm; compensation includes a fixed pay rate of $28.25 per hour and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prep cook experience required.
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items per production sheets following recipes.
• Maintain daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy; HACCP compliance.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items with short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure proper temperatures and portion control.
