Qualifications

• Previous prep experience and knife skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
• Taste meals and ensure quality before service.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Store, label, and date items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and log sheets.
• Serve customers efficiently and accurately at multiple stations.
• Follow recipes and production standards for portions and temps.
