Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for our Lancaster, PA area centers. You will use advanced equipment to align tires, measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, and perform inspections alongside tire and brake services.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience or training, be 18+, and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have 1 year of tire mounting, balancing, dismounting or related experience or training.
• Preferred to hold a state vehicle inspection license.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, reach and perform movements; lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Align newly mounted tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
• Perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs as needed.
