Job summary

Harcon Precision Metals is hiring for an Assembly role in San Diego, CA. The candidate will assemble components per detailed drawings, inspect for defects, and operate hand and power tools within a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include collaborating with production teams to meet targets, maintaining OSHA-compliant work areas, and documenting processes. Requires attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products following detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Document assembly processes and complete required production records accurately.
