Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the Orlando, FL area. You’ll use advanced equipment to align tires, measure caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to ensure wheels travel straight and true.

You’ll also perform state inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as part of a full-service automotive center. The role requires physical work, including lifting over 50 pounds; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires, or equivalent education/training.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires using the latest equipment and measure/adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as part of automotive service.
• Complete other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb and lift items over 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
