Compass Group USA’s FLiK team in Dallas is hiring a full-time Porter to support front-of-house operations at the Capital One Lounge. Open availability, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods are required.

The role pays $20.00 per hour plus benefits; online applications accepted only. As part of our team you will help maintain cleanliness, assist with food service support and ensure safe, sanitary conditions consistent with HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full-time schedule with open availability.
• Prior foodservice or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas.
• Clears and cleans tables and floors during peak service periods.
• Handles dishes and maintains sanitation in line with HACCP standards.
• Assists with receiving deliveries and placing items into storage areas.
• Supports serving staff and ensures proper food presentation and serving temperatures.
