Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid clean driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance, cleaning, and dusting of spaces including offices, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, elevators, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, loading docks, recreational areas, facilities, storage areas, workshops, etc.
• Performing basic grounds work including mowing, raking, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, and seasonal maintenance; snow removal as needed.
• Performing light repairs such as painting, hanging items, changing bulbs, minor floor/wall repairs.
