OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking a full-time PMHNP to join our NJ clinics, including Freehold and Tinton Falls. You will provide advanced psychiatric care, including Spravato and TMS treatments, as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, monitoring progress, patient education, and documentation, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care for mood disorders.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with Psychiatry specialization.
• PMHNP-BC certification is expected.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric care experience; experience with esketamine or ketamine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine appropriateness of Spravato and/or TMS.
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor treatment progress.
• Administer Spravato and ensure REMS-compliant practices.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on risks, benefits, and expectations of Spravato therapy and other options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure compassionate care.

Full Time PMHNP: Spravato & TMS In Freehold NJ

Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner positions are now available across our treatment centers in New Jersey. These opportunities are available in Freehold & Tinton Falls NJ.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Oasis team in clinics all over the state of NJ, full-time. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide advanced psychiatric care, including the administration and management of Spravato (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments for individuals suffering from treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. We are also hiring for and launching a traditional psychiatry, medication management-based program.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in psychiatric care and is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including a review of medical and psychiatric history, to determine the appropriateness of Spravato and/or TMS treatment.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans, monitor treatment progress, and make adjustments as needed.
• Administration of Spravato: Oversee and administer Spravato (esketamine) treatments, ensuring adherence to REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) program guidelines.
• Monitoring and Follow-Up: Closely monitor patients during treatment sessions for adverse reactions or side effects and provide follow-up care as necessary.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the risks, benefits, and expectations of Spravato therapy, as well as other therapeutic options.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate interventions in the case of psychiatric emergencies or adverse reactions during treatment sessions.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patient needs, ensuring respectful, compassionate, and confidential care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a specialization in Psychiatry.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in NJ.
• Certification: Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care. Experience with esketamine, ketamine, or other advanced treatments for depression preferred (but not required).
• REMS Certification: Must be or become REMS certified to administer Spravato treatments.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
