Responsibilities include leak repair, part replacement, tool selection, CMMS usage, and keeping logs. Valid driver’s license and USDOL apprentice registration are required; lifting up to 50 pounds and working varied

Qualifications

• Five years of plumbing experience are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be registered in a Plumber Apprentice Program with USDOL.
• Able to operate hand-operated construction equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify locations of leaks and perform repairs.
• Repair or replace parts as needed.
• Determine required tools and materials for tasks.
• Maintain logs, rounds, and maintenance work orders.
• Maintain clean and safe facilities and grounds.
