ProLogistix is hiring Picker/Packer Associates in Port Reading, NJ for 1st and 2nd shifts on a full-time basis. The position involves picking, packing, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders.
• Pack items securely and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality.
• Label packages and complete shipping documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
