CHS Recruiting in Livingston, New Jersey is seeking a Physician for Internal or Family Medicine to join a physician-led healthcare network. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, no evenings, no weekends, with a base salary of $220,000 to $350,000 plus a productivity bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide full-scope primary care, manage preventive care, coordinate care with specialists, and work with fully trained clinical staff using AthenaHealth EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of primary care services to patients.
• Diagnose, treat, coordinate care, preventive care, and health maintenance.
• Review patient histories, perform physical examinations, evaluate and manage treatments.
• Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The physician provides a full scope of primary care services to patients. This includes, but is not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.

Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• review patient histories
• perform physical examinations
• evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatments
• refer patients to specialists as needed
• review test results and recommend management
• prescribe medications
• formulate disease management plans
• communicate with clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care

Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.

Physicians are supported by fully-trained clinical assistants, including scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring the primary focus is always on patient care.

The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.

• DEA
• Board Certified / Eligible, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
