Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Mason, MI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Technician to support licensed therapists in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, help prepare treatment areas, and ensure a welcoming, clean clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Personal Training is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday.
• CPR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under licensed PT supervision.
• Prepare treatment areas and keep equipment clean and ready.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming clinic environment.
• Support front office tasks: greet patients, schedule appointments, manage records.
• Observe progress and report concerns to supervising PT.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience and support clinic operations.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Support front office operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient information as needed.
• Observe patient progress and communicate concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
