Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in computers and learning new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist/observe patients with prescribed exercises and document responses.
• Apply ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, change linens.
• Perform administrative tasks including patient intake, calls and scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
