Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Consults, educates, and trains patients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals.
• Maintains and updates patient records and completes billing.
• Engages in quality improvement and program development activities.
