Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and patient care during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing tasks.
• Support front office duties during downtime (phones, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
