Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in NY.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist license or be license eligible in NY.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel; electronic documentation experience.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
